Lizi Jackson-Barrett is the founder of Le’karev Jewish Business Network and a passionate advocate for creating spaces where Jewish business owners and professionals can connect, support one another, and thrive. As an experienced confidence strategist, Lizi has dedicated her career to helping people show up authentically, overcome adversity, and succeed on their own terms—values that are at the heart of Le’karev.

Le’karev was born from a simple but powerful question: Where can Jewish business owners feel safe, connected, and proud of their identity?

 

Like many Jewish professionals, Lizi has experienced the hesitation of wearing a Star of David in a business meeting, the uncertainty of sharing Jewish holiday greetings online, and the caution around being openly Jewish in professional spaces. Recognising this need, she built Le’karev—a network where Jewish business owners don’t have to second-guess their visibility.
